Here’s a quick fix for a bloated magento database. In the Admin panel, click on System > Configuration

On the left near the bottom, choose System and look for ‘Log Cleaning’.

Typically you only need to keep a few weeks worth of data. I recommend enabling the Log Cleaning and setting it to around 15 days.

This will help keep that Magento database from getting crazy big with data you don’t really need.
