Business owners and employess who seem to be put out by their customers habitually frustrate me. It seems I have caught them at an inconvenient time or called in the middle of surfing the net. Worse yet is that these are the ambassadors of the company and act as though they are being put out. 

I have several friends in the contracting business who always seem to complain about slow business. These very same people wait 4 days to return a phone call from an inquiry concerning their trade or service. Other contractors don&#039;t keep promised appointments or show up way past their previously stated arrival time with no courtesy call to keep you abreast. It is my assumption that if somebody just did what he or she said they were going to do and do it on time lets just say in the construction business, he or she would have more business than they knew what to do with.</description>
